Please read our return policy carefully before you buy anything from our shop.

 

1. Overview

At NYK industrial Supplies, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a return and exchange policy subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: You may return items within 7 days from the date you received your order.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included. Items that are worn, damaged, or altered will not be accepted.

4. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team  to request a return authorization (RA) number. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Prepare the Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include a copy of the original receipt or order confirmation and the RA number provided.

  3. Ship the Return: Send the package to the following address:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. NYK Industrial Supply is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimbursement for the shipping cost.
  • Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

6. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be for the cost of the item only, excluding original shipping charges.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item. Shipping charges for the replacement item will apply.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any associated shipping costs.

8. Final Sale Items

Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance” are not eligible for return or exchange
